As Mr. Hendrix reported in The Washington Post, the increases of tuition has been starting before the crisis of economy starts. The changes slightly begin from 1 to 3 percent then jump up to more than 6 percent recently. Now, during the recession in U.S. when the financial foundations and federal loans have to reduce their aids for students, most of schools and intuitions begin to think about increasing their tuition fee. Even though the lawgivers as well as the presidents would try to keep the tuition at the proper level, it’s likely that they do not have many choices to make in the current situation
